Platform Role
SellerZonee provides technology that enables sellers to create and operate their own online stores. SellerZonee is a technology platform, not the merchant of record.
You (the “Seller”) operate an independent business. You remain solely responsible for your business operations, your customers, and the products you offer through your store.
Seller Responsibilities
As a Seller on SellerZonee, you are responsible for:
- The products you list and sell.
- Accurate product descriptions.
- Pricing of your products.
- Inventory and stock availability.
- Shipping, packaging, and delivery.
- Customer support and communication.
- Taxes applicable to your business.
- Compliance with all laws applicable to your business and products.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use SellerZonee to list, sell, or promote:
- Illegal products or services.
- Counterfeit or replica goods.
- Fraudulent offerings or activity.
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate listings.
- Dangerous, restricted, or otherwise prohibited products.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are managed by the individual Seller according to the Seller's published policies and applicable law.
SellerZonee provides the technology platform and is not responsible for the Seller’s operational decisions, including how refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are handled.
Account Suspension
To protect customers and the integrity of the platform, SellerZonee reserves the right to suspend stores, remove products, investigate suspected abuse, restrict or limit platform access, and terminate accounts for serious or repeated policy violations.
Violations of this Agreement or the Platform Policies may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account, at SellerZonee’s reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerZonee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
SellerZonee is not a party to the transactions between Sellers and their customers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of the products Sellers offer.
Privacy & Data
SellerZonee processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. As a Seller, you are responsible for handling your customers’ personal data lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes such as fulfilling orders and providing support.
You must not misuse, sell, or disclose customer data in violation of applicable law or the Platform Policies.

This Agreement is versioned. SellerZonee may publish updated versions from time to time; when a new version is released, you may be asked to review and accept it before continuing to use the platform. Additional terms — including terms relating to marketplace payments and settlements — may be introduced in a future version and will apply only after they are published and accepted.
