This Privacy Policy explains how SellerZonee ("we", "us", "the platform") handles personal information when sellers use our storefront software and when shoppers place orders on stores powered by SellerZonee.
SellerZonee provides the technology that sellers use to run their own stores. For product orders, the seller is the merchant of record and an independent data controller for their customers; SellerZonee processes that information on the seller’s behalf to operate the store.
Information We Collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up as a seller.
- Store data: your store name, branding, products, categories, pricing and shipping settings.
- Order data: customer name, email, phone, shipping address and order contents submitted at checkout.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we store transaction references and settlement details, not full card numbers.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and device/browser information, used to operate and improve the service.
- Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or support channels.
