Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SellerZonee, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the Seller Agreement and Platform Policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The Service
SellerZonee provides software that lets sellers create micro-storefronts, list products, accept orders and receive payments. We provide the technology; sellers are solely responsible for the products they sell, their descriptions, pricing, fulfillment and customer service.
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the platform.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless indicated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for how changes and cancellations are handled.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SellerZonee to:
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or prohibited goods, or infringe others’ intellectual property.
- Engage in fraud, deception or unlawful activity, or misuse customer data.
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Upload malware, or use the service to send spam or unlawful communications.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are the merchant of record for their orders. You are responsible for product quality and accuracy, shipping and fulfillment, customer communication, and for handling returns, refunds and cancellations in line with your published policies and applicable law. Intellectual Property
SellerZonee and its software, trademarks and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload (products, images, branding) and grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate your store.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, SellerZonee is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Platform Policies. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Cancellation Policy for how to cancel a subscription.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact legal@sellerzonee.com.
